I just found your posting today so I'm sorry for the delay in my response. I believe this Frank is Jesse and Lucinda's son. Wow! I've been looking for information on him also. I found him in the census record for 1820 with Alice. It's sad that the whole year 1891 is missing. I'm sure she would have been mentioned in there. Do you think that her husband Jesse Butts would have been mentioned? He died Aug 7, 1880.
