It does seem that the Mormons have filmed the court records, at least from 1841 onward. I'll check into them. As you can imagine, there are many St. Mary records out there from all over. There is one I found in the LDS holdings that is decribed as, "Catholic Church. St. Mary of Victories (St. Louis, Missouri) Church Records 1810 - 1992" This one seems to include baptisms, but only from 1844 according to the index. The ones you referenced were in 1843.
