I just visited Hamburg, IA and, of course, did NOT find any remains of the cemetery... no one even knew about it! I would like to know where I might find additional information - There is supposed to be a published volume entitled "Thumbprints" that tells more about the history of this area and includes information regarding the Hamburg Catholic Church... maybe there is a list of the members that would include John & Margaret (Maggie) and the children!
