Hume's daughter maried Merritt Mann; he died at Sioux City; he was the son of Mrs. Emma Mann of Sidney.--May 21, 1931 Miss Gwendolyn Pettigrew of Maryville has been hired as a teacher in the Sidney grade schools. -- May 21, 1931.
