I feel that your info must be correct. I do know that James J. remarried Eliza Jane Shannon McAdams and both are buried in Springfield, Greene Co, Mo. at the Hazelwood Cemetery. They had 4 children - Elizabeth 1866-1928, Reuben 1868, Eunice 1869-1927 and Fred b 1872. I know nothing about Laura and she isn't mentioned in her father's obit. Hope this help. Dorcas B.
