(WPA records show "Emma J., wife of E. R. Kelley, 4/11/1856 - 7/15/1913".) William H. Kent died Feb. 11, 1904 aged 75 years 19 months 25 days; married Catherine W. Montague on Mar. 6, 1847 at 18 years. Buried at Rose Hill in Shenandoah. In 1854 went to Illinois; to Fremont county in 1876 - the year of the grasshoppers. Four of 12 children died in early life: 1. Floyd G., of Fremont county 2. George R., of Fremont county 3. Charles T., of Fremont county 4. Albert of Peoria,Ill. 5. William W. of Nebraska 6. Frank of Nebraska 7. Mrs. Sarah Bragg of Nebraska (Mrs. A. J. Bregg of Guide Rock, Neb.) 8. Robert (?) 9. J. J. (?) Michael Kent, father-in-law of John Gillmore of Imogene, died Friday morning aged 86 years; had come from Ireland in 1840. (WPA records "Michael Kent 5/2/1819 - 5/2/1899".)....."John Kent and wife of Wasington state, were with his father Michael Kent when he died at the St.Frances Hospital in Council Bluffs; he accompanied the remains here Friday evening." (I copied no dates or sources when I took these notes! --W.F.) - BUT - "Grandpa Kent will have requiem mass next MOnday. --June 22, 1899, Imogene". Mrs. Daniel (Alta) Kerschner died Friday; daughter of Mrs. Ren Story; leaves husband and 8 year old daughter; mother lives northwest of Riverton. Two brothers John and Ralph Story and a sister Mrs. Rufus Travis. Buried at Sidney. -- Farragut, Apr. 23, 1903. (WPA records: "Alta J. Kerschner 7/23/1867 - 4/17/1903, wife of D.K.".) John Davidson, son of Frank, died north of Percival, on July 23, 1904 aged 19 years 10 days. Buried at Rectors. Gilbert Keyser died Nov. 24, 1972 in Redwood Falls, Minn. (Percival news.) A.D. King, former Fremont county treasurer, left county 20 years ago: Mrs. King died last March and was buried at Blockton, Iowa. (1) Ancil of Indianapolis; (2) Lou teaches school at Beatrice, Nebr.; (3) Mint -- Mrs. Clark -- of Brooklyn, NY; (4) Charles of New York City (5 and 6) Pearl and Rufus who are with Mr. King at Springfield, MO. -- May 26, 1904 Marion King died Wednesday a week ago; buried at Farragut. -- Oct. 15, 1903 (WPA records show "Francis M. King died Oct. 7, 1903. Co. "A", 15th Ill Inf.") Frank C. King, 86, born in Fremont county - died Sept. 10, 1979 in Omaha; buried at Thurman. Children - 1. Margaret Sterner of Omaha 2. Julia Schramm of Syracuse, NY 3. John of Thnurman 4. Maurice of Thurman 5. Kenneth of Milo, Iowa. Edwin King, younger brother of Rev.
