Olive Baptist Church. Thomas Jenkins of Percival was buried last Wednesday; Mrs. Jenkins had died about 3 weeks before. --Feb. 21, 1901 Mrs. Swen Jensen, 66, died Feb. 15, 1982 at Tempe, AZ; husband is deceased; 3 sisters and 2 brothers survive; also two daughters. Word was received Monday that Frank Koler had been killed in a railroad wreck at Edgmont, S.D..-- Riverton, April 24, 1902 William O. Jenks, born May 25, 1827 in Fayette county, Ind - died Dec. 18, 1900 in Riverton; married Sarah Burneh near Liberty Mills, Ind., in 1855. No issue. To Shenandoah circa 1889 and to Riverton in 1891. Raised O. F. Kohler of Deadwood, S.D., and Margaret Alford of Edgmont, S.D.; leaves 2 brothers. Mrs. Jinks left for Deadwood, S.D. to live with Frank Kohler. -- Jan. 3, 1901 Mrs. Henrietta (Jobe) Prather died at Odgen, Utah on April. 29, 1902 aged 28 years 5 months 11 days; married O. H. Prather on Mar. 18, 1896; her father lives near Knox. Leaves 2 brothers and several sisters; also husband and little son. Buried at Rectors. Doctor Thomas P. Johnson married Lillian Irene Gossard, born Oct. 27, 1927 in Pickering, MO - died Apr. 24, 1975 at Grape Community Hosp.; married on July 14, 1956. Daughter of Benjamin E. and Myrtle Gossard; buried at Sidney. Leaves Bret Gossard (Johnson?), Benjamin Hugh (Johnson?) and Holly Drue (Johnson?). Benjamin JOhnson married Bessie Olson: (1) Oscar Lawrence, born near Glenwood on Jan. 5, 1907 - died Sept. 23, 1981; married on May 1, 1926 (1) Carrie Moore who died Aug. 22, 1952; married (2) Ruby Bachelor in 1954.
