N.B.: Just a reminder: Bluff township included the lower half of what later would become Fremont county, Iowa, after the 1849 decision of the United States Supreme Court regarding the Iowa--Missouri border.--W.F. 2. 1850: Federal Census, Fremont county, Iowa James Cummings....38....b.
