Surnames: Landrith Classification: Biography Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/ok.2ADE/1924.1 Message Board Post: Deborah: I typed in "Landreth" in the search space and failed to find him from the 1852 or 1854 Fremont county census which is here on Rootsweb (Fremont county site), so he must have emigrated later in 1850 or 1851...Where could he have gone?...Well, nowhere immediately west of the Missouri river because that part of the country would not have been open for settlement. That means he emigrated to California, Oregon County, or maybe he was a Mormon and went to Utah. Come to think of it, he could have gone back to where he came from in Missouri. (I've never read anything about an entire family of having died in early Fremont county history.)--Walter.
