Because I have found there will be ever so many others with like questions, I am going to make a new posting and give some preliminary explanations regarding filing at the Land Office. Maybe, I can succeed in racking my brain for the right words, the first time I try this. I'm going to use the Bartholomew as my examples.--Walter
