"Walnut To The Front".--Henry Ross, the world-famous corn man, is always a prominent figure at farmers' institutes, and helps make them better and livelier. Henry says we wouldn't need any court house if all the rest of the county was like Walnut township. He says there hasn't been a case in court from that precinct for over twenty-five years. While the inhabitants of Walnut township are raising corn that is famed the world around, many of the people in other parts of the county are raising the wrong kind of Cain, and other things that would not look well in print. Tally one for old Walnut. Can any township beat her record?
