I suspect you will need a bit more. Your husband's lineage thru Elizabeth Naff who married Abraham Barnhart is not correct. Researchers have been finding from various ways that the Naff book by Boitnott confused two Elizabeth Naffs. I stumbled on this quite by accident...since I have the estate papers of Isaac Naff, Sr.. Isaac Jr. was the administrator. He was living in Sangamon Co. IL. at the time. Elizabeth is clearly named one of the heirs...Elizabeth Flora. She married Joseph Flora, Jr. (Joseph's father was my g.g.g.grandfather) The estate was settled in Aug. 1870. I have prepared a statement (which I have sent to several folks) of the mix-up with the documentation I have used. Would be happy to send it to you..you you would like to e.mail me your mailing address. If your husband descends from the Elizabeth Naff who married Barnhart...then her parentage is entirely different. She was a daughter of Jacob Naff and Elizabeth Stover. Books are a wonderful tool...but most of them contain some errors...this was a huge one. Please do let me know if you would like a copy (2 pages) of the documentation. Roxann
