Feb. 12, 1931. "Randolph News".--(1). Sunday night a message came from Orafino, Nebraska, telling of the serious illness of Joe Campbell. The son, Robert, responded to the message and left by auto for the home of his parents.....(2). Mr. and Mrs. Roy Goughnor of Clarinda came Tuesday evening for an over-night visit with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. G.A. Williamson, but a message from home telling of the arrival of Father Goughnor from Des Moines necessitated their immediate return....(3). Will Carter of Sidney was in Randolph Friday on business. His nephew, Austin Bliss, accompanied him on the trip and while here called at the Robert Bliss home. Austin formerly lived in Randolph and recently came from Oregon, where he had lived for some time.
