"Rollins has lived in this county for about eighteen months or maybe not quite so long and has acted during that time like an honest man and a good citizen. And I believe that it would be an act of justice and charity to give him up his property as he is a poor man with a large family and must have done the act innocently and ignorantly.--T.S.
