I'm copying the following from Mabel's notes: 1.--1820: Helped to build the Mormon Temple in Nauvoo, Ill.; also member of the organization. Married Catherine Study in 1840 at age 20 years, and by father's will charged with $35 for not remaining at home until of age. Born Sept. 25, 1820 in Stark county, Ohio. Moved with his parents to Ray county, Missouri, in 1835; Mormons were driven out of Ray county and went to Adams and later to Hancock county, Illinois. Had son Frank.--Stanley in the Sidney Argus-Herald of July 4, 1957, page 7. 2.--1846: Born in Ohio; married Catherine Study. Came to Fremont county in 1846,among the first to settle in Scott township.
