    3. Karla, I checked my Bradtreets Book of Commercial Ratings, Volume 158 July 1907, published New York, The Bradstreet Company and did not find a Hore and Murphy Funeral Home. I did find a J. J. Murphy, undertaker listed. Other undertakers listed were: Frank Reinfied C. W. Walton M. M. Hoffman John P. Voelker Gregoire Bros. Dubuque Undertaking Co.     3. Thanks Jim - I don't know how long they were in operations before/after 1902. I had a note from a gentleman in Dubuque who says he remembers it as a child - about the 1920's and 1930's.
