Kathy,, you could write to the Dubuque County-Key City Genealogical Society, they have the Declaration of Intenet to Become a Citizen's books.... I believe yours would be in Book 3 or 4, and you can order it from Loras College, or if your in Dubuque, you can go to the courthouse (they will not mail you anything) All address's are online, they are great records.....
