Kathy, The books include the following information: Columns: 1: page no. in the original volume 2: name as given in the original signature 3: ages as of date of declaration was signed 4: nationality of declarer 5: date of landing in USA 6 date of signing declaration Name Index that corresponds with the before mentioned columns. From there you can obtain the State of Iowa, Dubuque County -Declaration of Intent that was issued from the Clerk of the District Court and then onto your passenger records...
