I want to write to IA Vital Records and request my gg grandmother Josphina VOGEL's death cert but do not know exactly when she died. She was alive when her husband, Joseph VOGEL died in July 1893. She was born around 1818 so I doubt she lasted much longer. Found both in 1885 IA State Dubuque CO census and neither in 1895 census. (did find 2 of her sons in 1895 - she wasn't living with either of them) Any suggestions? Thanks. Ellen
