Nichols Hardware store was on Jefferson Street in downtown Burlington. It was in the middle of the first block from the Mississippi River. I used to go there with my Dad back in the 50's. The building was torn down many years ago and the space was used for expansion of the Burlington Bank & Trust. Dave
