John Ledgerwood, formerly of Leon but now farming near Weldon, was down last Saturday visiting with friends in Leon. Last Saturday was Vogt Bowsher's eleventh birthday and he was host to a party of his young friends at Linger Longer. Dr. Harry Forgraves and family of St. Joseph were in Leon Monday on their way in their car to Wisconsin where they will remain in the resort region for the balance of the summer. Mr. and Mrs. G. B.
