Nancy and Other List Members, I was trying to see if there was or is a connection to my LAYTON ancestry that were from Butler, Ohio and some moved and settled in Stratford, Hamilton Co., Iowa. My Benjamin Frank LAYTON was born in Butler, Ohio 6 Feb. 1831. His parents were Joseph LAYTON and Catherine WILLET. Who Benjamin's sibblings were I don't know at this time.
