Stacey just reading between the lines, I would say 1961 because they were weren't teaching Spanish, drivers training, etc. in 1861.
lol, yeah, I know. What I was mostly asking was when did the two papers combine? It was 19__. I just ment that when I first saw the date, I really thought it was 1861..until I started reading the articles. I thought though that "Even though it wasn't an 1861 article, you all would like to read it." Have a GREAT day!
