Bay and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bay. The Bells were guests of her parents until Monday evening. Rolia Belvel, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Belvel returned to his home and family in Ottumwa a few days ago from France where he had been stationed. He and his family and Mr. and Mrs. Waldo Belvel are spending a few days here with their parents this week end. Rev. and Mrs. Roy Donelson, Mr. and Mrs. Charles McClarnon and little sons and Mrs. A. D. Cox and son Clyde Cox were guests Monday evening of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Donelson in celebration of the birthday anniversary of their little son Charles. Mr. and Mrs. M. V. Davis spent Sunday with relatives in Eagleville, Missouri, returning about nine o'clock. They were very happily surprised to find their son Jean asleep on the couch. Jean, who is a member of the Signal corps sailed from LeHarve, France and landed at Norfolk, Virginia and then was sent to Camp Grant, Illinois. Jean has a thirty day furlough.
