    1. DATE OF YOUR E-MAILS

    3. Stacy: When you send the message, the rootsweb date is 2005 but when I open your e-mail, the date (see below) is 2004. You can click on your "time" in lower right hand corner and it opens the "DATE AND TIME" properties. Then just click the year up to 2005. As for renewing Norton online, I wouldn't recommend it anyway.......I tried once, they took my money but I never got the update and couldn't reach them by phone. I contacted my credit card company and they took the charge off. Good luck! 3. Thanks for all the responses. (Just for clarity, I purposely changed the date on my computer to reflect 2004 because of the Norton problem I was having. It was the only way I could "quick fix" the problem.) Any suggestions on a better virus protector? (Don't reply to the list, so we can keep it half genealogy related..though I wonder if OUR great great great great grandkids will be curious to know what kind of "problems" we had at the turn of the century. Of course by that time, they will probably laugh at OUR ancient computer ways.) Have a GREAT day! Stacy (Searching for the past and living a year in the past) :-) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Janice Lund" <genhelp@worldnet.att.net> To: <IADECATU-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, May 17, 2005 3:03 PM Subject: [IADECATU] DATE OF YOUR E-MAILS > Stacy: When you send the message, the rootsweb date is 2005 but when I > open your e-mail, the date (see below) is 2004. > > You can click on your "time" in lower right hand corner and it opens the > "DATE AND TIME" properties.
