Thanks Donna---I was sure I'd read about it but hadn't taken time to go back through the posts. You've saved my fingers from having to "do the walking". :-) Was the Opera House pictured or just the information? I, (like many others here), would LOVE to have a copy of the book but I guess they're few and far between. I guess this is a good time to mention that. At any rate, since the Opera House burned in 1909, I'm guessing the "Opera House Block" is what replaced it. Do you, (or anyone else), know what might have been contained in the NEW buildings?
