George Washington Harp I would like more info if anyone has any. Updike (Garden Grove area--may also overlap into Lucas Co., IA) Annie Updike Eastin (Garden Grove area & Harrison Co., MO) Floyd (in GG area), James Harvey, Dotson, and John J (from Salina, MO, right on the Mercer & Harrison Co. line) Hill (near Leon) (Warren Doctor "Doc" Hill) Hullinger (near Davis City) (Daniel Jackson Hulinger, father of my gg grandmother) I also have several picture of family members Bartlett (near Garden Grove) I would like more info about this line if anyone has any. DeGroat (near Pleasanton/Davis City..I think) Would like more info if anyone has any. Patrick DeGroat, daughter was Mary Elizabeth DeGroat. Kirk (near Pleasanton, Davis City) I have pictures of family members & would like more info if anyone has any Mary Ann Kirk, who was married to Daniel Jackson Hullinger; daughter of William David Kirk and Rebecca Francis Smith. Leonard (Garden Grove, Pleasanton area in earlier years) Looking for more info if anyone has any. Young (near Grand River, DeKalb, Richland Township areas) Twombley (an overlap from Clarke Co. & settled in Leon) Glenn (Van Wert area, overlap from Clarke Co.) Gorsline (Van Wert area, moved from Taylor Co., IA) Branches of the tree that I am also looking for info on: Brown/Warrick/Hall line (looking for more info on Hulda Young who married Joseph Brown. Their daughter, Sarah Jane Brown married Abner Warrick. Sarah Jane and Abner's grandaughter married my great, great Uncle, Clell McBroom....I am related to this branch on my paternal and maternal side of the family) Kizzire family (Looking for about anything possible) Seymour family (Needing to know more about Isaiah Seymour who was married to Arnetta Williams, daughter of Calvin and Elizabeth Colie Williams. Their daughter, Florence married David LeRoy "Roy" Hullinger) Oxford family--? (this is the confusing branch in the family. In my great, great granfather, James Harvey Eastin's obit, it has his wife listed as Ella Seymour. However, in my great grandfather's obit, Ella is listed as an Oxford. We think that Ella may have been an illegitamate child and my grandma remembers having a "Grandma Seymour" who was an "old shriveled up lady who smoked a corn cob pipe" this would have been in the late 1920's, early 30's. Grandma also remembers Roy Hullinger being a family member, calling him "Uncle Roy". Martin family (Stacy West Hill married William Martin, a "riverboat man". They had a son, George Martin. Stacy is buried at Bethal Chapel. My great step-grandfather was Issac E. "Ike" Martin. His parents were Everett and Mary Ann Strange Martin. I am trying to find info about this side to prove wether or not Grandma Hattie and Granddad were distant cousins) Scott family (Hose Scott married Luella May Downey, a granddaughter of Daniel Jackson Hullinger. Hose and Luella's daughter Opal, married my great, great Uncle Lawrence "Tom" Eastin) Downey family Parkhurst family Moorman Family There are more, but I cannot think of anymore at the top of my head. This list is long enough anyhow. If you have information to share, I'd love to hear from you. If I have information that you would like to have, I'd be glad to share! For either request email me at: cy_hick@yahoo.com. Please put the family surname and add the word family behind it so it does not get filtered out as spam. Thanks & have a great night!
