Hi everyone! The list has been quiet lately as you've all noticed. Our website search stats have also been down lately. I will be going to the library this morning to copy more of the 1885 State Census and look into some other items for the website. That should pick up our search stats some. Website reviews start October 7th. Please be sure to let me know if you find a broken link before then! The website is so large that it's hard for me to go through the whole thing alone now. I appreciate the emails from a few people who have helped me out with links so far. We haven't had a roll call for a long time so let's do one just to start off the month of October (a little bit early) with a bang on the list. Rules for Roll Call: 1. SEND ALL EMAILS TO _IADECATU-L@rootsweb.com_ (mailto:IADECATU-L@rootsweb.com) directly! If you hit reply to this email your email will ONLY come to me. 2. Put as many of the surnames you are researching as you can in the subject line. 3. List your Surnames and the part of Decatur County that they came from in the body of your email. 4. Be sure to include your name and email address at the end of your email in case someone wants to share information with you. 5. DON'T send your whole database of information to the list. If someone has a connection with one of your surnames they will email you and you can share that information off-list. Thanks!
