Decatur County Journal Leon, Iowa Thursday, February 22, 1912 JAMES LEROY, son of Mr. And Mrs. J.C. MCGHEE, was born in Wayne County, Iowa October 12, 1909, and died in Woodland, Decatur County, February 11, 1912, being 2 years, 4 months of age. Our Heavenly Father has removed from our midst a precious little flower that bloomed in our home and now has faded away to be missed by those who loved and cherished him. A little chair will be vacant here but another voice will mingle with the angels around God's throne where he has been transplanted. He leaves a father, mother and two brothers to mourn his loss His little song was "Lord I'm Coming Home." Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock at the A.C. Church conducted by Rev. Stevenson, of Lineville, and interment was made at the Corder Cemetery.
