Every summer when I was a little kid I remember going to Leland and Martha Munyons for Sunday dinners. His Mother Julia ( Aunt Jude to a lot of us) Davidson Munyon was still alive. All the kids, grandkids and whoever else would come was always welcome. Until we moved to the farm and back to Decatur County I didn't know we had so many relatives and I thought those dinners were wonderful. I was a very willing audience to listen to Aunt Jude talk about going to CA in l874 when she was a young girl. Leland and Martha had two children, Mendell and Wilma, both ranked among my closest friends until their respective deaths. Is there anyone out there that was at one or more of those dinners?
