    3. There aren't any caretakers at the cemeteries I know of in Clarke, Decatur, Lucas, Union, or Ringgold Counties, Larry. I've had good luck by going to the local funeral home. Most of them have a plat map or know where to find one. I'm not sure about all of the counties and their cemeteries, but in the bigger towns like Osceola, the upkeep of the cemeteries falls under the duties of the Parks & Rec council. Going to city hall would be the best bet if you can't find a local funeral home. Sharon R.
