Emily: My wife & I own the farm right east of Kobville park,(section 1& 2 of center twsp.)with Cherry creek running through it ,on down to Jonathan creek.(section 6 of highpoint township)I,m sorry but I have never heard cherry creek called cobville creek. That,s not to say that it wasn,t at one time. 1855 in far north west corner of center twsp. Turkey Run (community on the map not to confuse with a creek in woodland area called Turkey Run). Kobville ,Crown &,Franklin (not to confuse with franklin township) are full of very interesting history. I you ever get back to Kobville area please call my wife & I we would love to talk to you about kobville.<[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, January 07, 2010 2:37 PM Subject: Re: [IADECATU] JONATHAN CREEK CEMETERY? > thanks, Larry > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Larry McElwee" <[email protected]> > To: <[email protected]> > Sent: Thursday, January 07, 2010 2:05 PM > Subject: Re: [IADECATU] JONATHAN CREEK CEMETERY? > > >> MY MAP FROM 1855 SHOW IT AS COBBVILLE >> Larry L.
