    3. What I've learned: EVERYTHING can be challenged in court, and unless you're ABSOLUTLEY sure of, (and can support the law regarding), ONCE THERE things can happen to amend, (or ignore), said law. That said -- stand by your guns! Heat's on in my neck-o-the-woods -- 104 degrees expected for the weekend. Happy Summer! > [Original Message] > From: Nancee Seifert <iggy29@grm.net> > To: <IADECATU@rootsweb.com> > Date: 7/15/2010 7:22:45 AM > Subject: [IADECATU] UNION CEMETERY UPDATE. > > I shared with everyone that I had gone to Union Cemetery in Morgan Twp. the > other day and what a difficulty it was - going thru a homeowner, Rex Amstutz > (I think I referred to him as Mr. Stutz, which wasn't correct). Wow, he's determined - and - stupid! I was told that he asked > if he could put up cameras in Mike Andrew's woods, to see the deer?? He's completely adament about anyone being on his property...........It must be a shock to have moved from out of state and realize that all the land around you has been and is owned by much of the same family -- and you can't do a durned thing about it! So, I'd think he'd get it -- that you don't mess with Decatur Countians!!
