Good Morning. Is there someone on this list who might be willing to do an obituary lookup for me? I would like a copy of the obit for Winfield Scott McFarling, born in 1852 and died 23 Sept 1931 in Davis Co. He was the son of Cyrus A. McFarling, a longtime resident of Davis Co who died in 1897. He is buried in Mounts Cemetery in Marion Township-I have no idea which paper, village or county (or maybe even the Ottumwa Courier) this obituary may have been in. I would like a copy if it can be found and willing to send SASE and pay for copy costs. If anyone knows wether there may be any McFarling/McFarlands left in Davis County, I would be interested in contacting those persons for more information. If there might be an obituary for Cyrus A.
