I appreciate you looking into this. I have a bit more info if it helps at all. The names Lisi, Karen, Elna and Kirstine are often mentioned on the back of photos. He married a russian women (my great grandmother) named Dina. They moved to Shanghai China during the Russian revolution and had a son named Niels who was later sent to relatives in Denmark until he was 8 at which time he was sent by ship to Canada.
