My Mother was born in 1884 in Iowa. Her father is Christian Petersen (Peterson) her mother Carrie Bliss Peterson. My g. Grandfather is Andreas (Andrew) Petersen. I know that they came from Denmark. My grandfather had a brother by the name of Peter. born 28 Feb. 1839. I know that my g. grandfather Andrew and his wife Kristine Skourup Petersen cmae to America and severl children. they were in the Chicago, Il. area when they first came to America, Then my grandfather Christian and grandmother Carrie moved to Rippley, Iowa. My Mother Bertha was born in 1884 and my grandmother was very ill. I foiund a lizzie Petersen in the 1886 cencus I found my mother living with a Lizzie Petersen. Is it possible that there is any connection to this family. I have some date's on this family, but I have never been able to find where they went to in America. I need help.
