My great grandmothers name was Caroline and her sisters were Phillipine (Phoebe)who married a Glaser and lived in Greene, Iowa, and Louise who married a Kretschmer and lived in Chicago. On their death certifecate their father is listed as William Schaffer. On her marriage certificate her name is spelled Schofer. So far both names are dead ends...Jane
