The name has always been spelled Coonley but then we all know mistakes in spelling are quite common. I'll check the Cooleys and see if anything looks like it might go with me, just a wrong spelling. I'm not sure how many Coonleys lived in Clinton Co., I just know my gr-gr grandmother probably moved there to probably be near the guy my gr-gr-grandfather divorced her for for having an affair, PEYTON PLACE existed even then.
