Pelham, 82, 1603 N. 6th St., died Sunday in Jane Lamb Hospital. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Pape Funeral Home with the Rev. John Nickelson of Community Congregational Church officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Louis Paske, Burnie Temple, Roderick Moore, Thomas Klinkner, James Fuiege and A.B. Oakleaf. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. today. Earl Dean, son of Cyrenus and Charlotte Taylor Pelham, was born April 1, 1890 in Malone. He married Adeline Lyons Dallam, Oct. 17, 1916, in Clinton. He was a member of Community Congregational Church, and had retired from Clinton Corn Processing Co. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Leola) Owens and Mrs. George (Violet) Rhoades of Clinton; two sons, Clarence and Lyle of Clinton; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Dec. 5, 1971; and several brothers.
