Enoch Hugill was found in the 1870 census for Clinton County living with his brother, Joseph HUGILL and wife Elizabeth. Enoch was born in Canada and in the 1870 Clinton County census he was 22, clerk in railroad office. After this census he is not to be found either in any of the USA census or the Canadian census.
