I'm researching a CARSON line and their connection with the MCCULLOUGH's. Seems that my Barbara McCULLOUGH, b. 1858 in Iowa and her siblings were living with the SMYLIE's in Clinton County. I cannot seem to find any 'parents' for them, so was wondering what the connection might be? A remarriage? At least one MCCULLOUGH, Mary was b. in 1849 Canada, the rest were all born in Iowa. Any help you could throw my way would be greatly appreciated!
