I want to thank Richard Carstensen for the Foster burials in Clinton Co. I was hoping that they would show what year Betsey B. Foster was born. But no such luck. The census records have her being born between 1813 and 1817. Every ten years a different birth date. So I'm still trying to make a connection between Betsey and Elijah Buell.
