As for the actual plot maps, I don't believe there is a definitive source. Churches, funeral homes, and libraries are all possibilities. Another idea would be to find out how has the responsibility to maintain the cemetery. There are cases where there is an organization, sometimes private sometimes public, responsible for a specific cemetery and they usually have plot maps and burial information. I can't recall who it was that put the information together, but at Friedlein Cemetery near Millville there was a mail box inside the cemetery with a list of all the burials. This was the most gracious and helpful information I had ever hoped to find for a cemetery. Another idea would be to contact the County office. I suspect they would, at minimum, be able to advise who may have the plot information.
