Schultz Funeral Services Held Saturday Postville: W.J.H. Schultz, 82, one of the pioneer residents of this community died Nov 9, 1944 at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Aulerich near Monona following a brief illness. Funeral services were held Saturday in Postville at St. Pauls Lutheran church, the Rev. Frederick R. Ludwig, pastor officiating. Burial was in the Postville cemetery. Mr. Schultz, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Schultz, was born in Clayton County Oct 5, 1862. He spent all of his life in this community. He was married to Emma Busacker. Survivors include two sons, Arthur and Harvey both of Postville and one daughter, Mrs. Emelia Aulerich of Monona, one sister, Mrs. Will Palas of Chicago; eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
