There doesn't seem to be much on LDS films for church records for McGregor area of Clayton Co mid-1800s. The only one I have found was a Catholic church, and did not find what I was looking for there. Does anyone have information for me where to find more? I need time frame from 1855 thru 1870 for any denomination, maybe even a town not so far away??? Help please.

The Lutheran church archives are here, but the site seems to be down this weekend: www.elca.org/archives/guide.html I know there are Catholic archives, but I haven't ever worked with them. So I can't tell you much about the Catholic one. You could probably google it and learn quite a bit about it online.
