The services were conducted by Rev. J. Daniel Diekhoff, and burial was in Mount Harmony Cemetery at Elkport with the following pallbearers; Arthur Jennings, Tony Smith, Eugene Hansel, John Amling, LeRoy Amling, and Barnie Cole. Mr Hoffman was born July 28, 1898 at Northwood the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hoffman. He never married. Mr. Hoffman had been a petroleum distributor for many years. Surviving Mr. Hoffman are two brothers, Wilbert of Elkport, and Henry of Salt Lake City, Utah; and one sister Mrs. Anna Schnieder of Guttenberg, Ia.
