He was 70. Funeral services were held on Friday, Nov. 17, at the St. Sebald Lutheran Church in rural Strawberry Point. The Rev. Lin Reichstadter officiated. Burial followed at Cass Township Cemetery, Strawberry Point. Leonard Funeral Home of Edgewood was in charge of arrangements. Survivors include his wife Leah, Edgewood; three children, David (Joan) Preuss, Edgewood, Kristy (Brandon) Mather, Edgewood, Karen (Chad) Kehrli, Manchester; seven grandchildren, Kely (Bruce) Hemann, Edgewood, Riley Preuss, Edgewood, Hope and Grady Mather, Edgewood, Alex, Emma, Caleb Kehrli, Manchester; one great granddaughter, Lydia Hemann, Edgewood and one brother, Robert Preuss, Strawberry Point.
