His name is Johann Wilhelm Ludwig Plagmann/Plagemann. He came to the USA in 1868 probably to Clayton Co. He was born on 14 Dec. 1840 in Mecklenburg Germany, a half brother to my grandfather, Ludwig Johann Georg who also spent time in Clayton Co. before his move to S.Dakota.
