"Hap" Radloff, 71, of 2119 W. Lombard St., Davenport, will be 1 p.m. Monday at Holy Family Catholic Church, Davenport. Iowa. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park. Visitation is 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m today at Runge Mortuary, where a rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Mr. Radloff died Friday Nov. 8 at St.Luke's Hospital. He retired in 1976 from ALCOA (Aluminum Company of America), Riverdale, where he had been employed 26 years. He was born on Dec. 10, 1913 in Volga City Iowa the son of Herman & Georgia Dinges Radloff. Mr. Radloff married Muree LoRang in 1939 in McGregor, Iowa. He was a member of Izaak Walton League, Alcoa Retirees, and Avion Travelcade Club. Survivors include his wife; a son, Jack, Davenport; two grandchildren; and sisters, Eleanor Jones, Peosta, Iowa; and Nora Pierce, Sterling, Colo.
