Quirk Dillion. There are other Quirks in the Chickasaw County area too as there are today, including an Iowa state legislator. I still curious if the Quirks of Chickasaw County are related to the Quirks of Delaware County. Your reply did get me thinking on another Quirk mystery, whether or not the Edward Quirk family was related to a neighboring Quirk family. Theressa may hold the clue as she is not listed in age order with the other children in the Quirk household. She may be a neice. Are our families in anyway linked? My Delaware Co. ancestral surnames are Shane and Quirk. Thanks again.
